Research-use policy

All products supplied by Helithea are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, or administration of any kind, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

None of these products have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this website constitutes dosing, medical, clinical, or usage guidance, and no statement here should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Compounds are described by identity only.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher aged 21 or over, that you will handle all materials lawfully and in an appropriate laboratory setting, and that you assume full responsibility for their storage, use, and disposal in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies.

Quality & certificates of analysis

Each active product is analyzed by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent United States laboratory. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and purity is measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Residual moisture is assessed by Karl Fischer titration.

The certificate of analysis for the current lot is published on the Verify page and included with your order. We publish a single purity value per lot and render that same figure everywhere it appears. Lots that do not meet specification are not sold.

Terms of sale

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of vials in your order and cannot be combined with conflicting promotions.

Shipping & returns

In-stock orders placed before the Monday–Friday cutoff are dispatched the same business day from the United States, in discreet, tracked, temperature-appropriate packaging. A tracking link is sent by email once your order ships.

Because these are sensitive research materials, sales are final once an order has shipped, except where a product arrives damaged or a dispatch error has occurred. If either happens, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement of the affected items.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to operate the referral program you choose to join. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; card details are entered directly with that processor and are not stored on our servers. This preview build does not process live payments or collect payment information.
